Colin has been involved in real estate for most of his life. He, his parents and grand parents have invested in property over the last century.

As well as buying and selling property, Colin has also successfully ventured into land subdivision, a world rich in red tape and by-laws.

With a background in Information Technology in the busy Sydney computer market, Colin spent 8 years working for some of Sydney's largest computer retailers. He then established his own IT Sales and Consultancy company. At a time when many IT companies were closing their doors, Colin carved a successful enterprise which he ran for 10 years before relocating to the Gold Coast.

Managing an IT company through the 90's brought great insight into thinking outside the square with marketing - learning to listen to people's needs and developing the best options to meet them. All great assets for working in real estate.

Colin's working career has put him in touch with senior executives, CEO's, plus some of the best advertising minds in Australia. What better way to learn how to market products and ideas to appeal to people from many different demographics.

After searching much of Queensland to find the right investment location, Colin chose the Gold Coast in 2001 and since then has actively watched and studied the "Market" as both an investor and as an agent.
